April 16 – Dining Out At Wicked Eats

We a great evening with our PROBUS friends enjoying some delicious food, stimulating conversation and a ton of laughs. All in all a wonderful way to spend a Wednesday evening as can be seen in these pictures and be sure to watch for the slide showing Marie’s finished example of her professional package wrapping technique.

April 9 – Ron Brown

“Nobody knows Ontario like Ron Brown” is how the CBC once described this author, geographer, and travel writer. Best-selling author Ron Brown has long had a love affair with the landscapes of Canada.

Ron spoke on Ontario’s Lost Coast and took us on a photographic tour of many of Lake Erie’s towns and landmarks some of which still exist, some are in ruins and others have become ghost towns. His presentation gave us of interesting historical insights and left us with a desire to explore the area for ourselves.
